Playing music is, I think, the ultimate activity to bring people together. When I’m on the road with Delta Rae, we often times bring out an extra guitar player to help round out our sound. We love teachers, and teachers love Battle of the Bands: Rock & Roll Team Building!

It was a clear and warm morning in Knightdale, NC at Forestville Elementary when the “Rock & Roll Battledome” was installed for a surprise team building event. When the teachers walked in and saw the cafeteria was now home to dozens of drums and a full LIVE ROCK BAND was jamming, the delight on their faces was incredible!
